“Tears of Shattered Imagination”, is a short novella written by Rachel Chukwa. The novella has eleven chapters. The characters and the plot of the novella are precise. The writer, Rachel Chukwu has done great work in the characterization in her first work (I hope it is the first work).

Plot

Review: Tears of Shattered Imagination
The plot is not twined or different. It is simple. We might come to cross these things in newspapers, news or series. Minimal characters are the one that structures the story. Each character takes up a chapter in between the plot. Truth, lie, rape, abuse, money, love and guardian are important things that constantly occur in this work.
The title does a huge justice to the work. Amora’s or Klint’s tears run throughout the work and construct an image. African woman writers have touched on this topic. The value of family and silencing the woman are the basic theme that highlights the plot. Read once, the work might give an impression on how life revolves around many people. The way narration unties the greed, jealousy and ego of a few characters highlights the plotline. It’s free on the Kindle. Just give a reading.
