Srinidhi was weary from constantly searching for the clue. She thought maybe her eyes were playing tricks on her when she saw it!
The circle on the map and the Statue site were the same. But something hides behind this map. “What is it?” was Srini’s question. The statue highlights the entire street. A woman’s head, with branches coming out of it like Medusa’s head. But instead of snakes, it had human figurines carved onto them.
Excitedly she approached the place. The statue was resting on a wooden bench. She looked closely and directly underneath was a small square plaque. She tried to lift or move the statue. She couldn’t reach the small square. Finding the small toolbox in her handbag, she took the screwdriver. She loosened the metal lid, and inside was a flash drive hidden very cleverly. The Pendrive had all the data to bust the drug trafficking ring.
Srini grabbed the flash drive. She went straight to her office, where she uploaded the data to the site. There were constant frightening phone calls. But Srini ignored those calls. Soon police were on the trail of the criminals. Police congratulated her for providing constant support in cases.
